Do you offer only a set of packages of services, or can I choose specifically what I need?
We offer three packages that address the need of most businesses, but we firmly believe that the needs of every business are unique. We don't force you to choose a package that includes a bunch of stuff you don't need. While we offer a few packages for the sake of simplicity, all of our services can be tailored to your specific needs.
How much does it cost for us to get a web site?
Simple web sites like those featured in our Business Basic Plan can get you started for just $24.95/per month with no start up costs. Businesses needing additional features and the inclusion of customized graphics will add to the cost, while full blown e-commerce sites (ability to sell items over the web and accept credit cards) will obviously cost more.
Can I choose the domain name for my web site address?
Absolutely. While we cannot guarantee the domain name you want will be available, we can help you find the right fit to suit your needs.
What if the domain name I want is already taken?
If the domain name you initially wanted is not available, we have some tips and tricks that will help you find a solution that matches your organization's image.
How long does it take to get our web site published?
The typical development time for a simple web site is about 2 weeks. However, this assumes you have most of the content for the site already prepared (most organizations do). If our staff has to create content, it takes a little longer. More sophisticated web sites with advanced graphics and features add development time as well, but are clear when we give our proposal to you about what your expected developement time will be.
Can I put my web site on my business cards and other business related documents?
Absolutely. In fact, leveraging your web site whenever possible is highly recommeneded.
How often can I make changes to my web site?
Anytime you wish to make changes to your web site, you may do so. We can typically update your site with the changes you desire within 24 hours.
Can you use the existing logo for my business, or do I have to create a new one?
You can use your existing logo, or if you wish to refresh your logo or create an entirely new one, it is entirely up to you. We can design the logo for you as well.
Can I put ads or coupons on my web site?
Certainly. In fact, we can show you how to leverage an e-newsletter that will give you customers options when responding to a customized page on your web site, or provide them with discounts, specials, or coupons directly from the e-mail that you send.
Can you create a professional looking e-mail that I can send to my customer base?
Of course. We will use the same look and feel as your web site so your organization's image is consistent. We can either provide you with the e-mail and you send it out, or we can manage that process for you.
